As a Home Furnishing Associate at Broad River Retail, you’ll be a customer-facing retail sales professional guiding customers through creating personalized living spaces and helping them find the perfect sleep system to match their lifestyle. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in the retail showroom, learn their motivations, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Present and discuss home furnishing product options based on customer lifestyle, needs, and goals during sales consultations.
• Utilize sales and upselling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Market new sales, special events, and financing options to customers.
• Assist customers with financing, purchasing, delivery, and overall satisfaction.
• Increase personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development.

Workplace Environment

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment within an office/retail setting.
• Physical requirements include extended periods of standing and lifting up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Must communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and electronically.
• Flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends.
