• Reports to: General Manager
• Team: Retail Performance
• Role: Customer-facing retail sales
• Responsibilities: Greeting guests, presenting product options, marketing, assisting with financing, and increasing personal knowledge through training and development.

DAY IN THE LIFE

• Greeting guests: Upon arrival, learn their motivation for their visit and develop a lasting customer relationship.
• Sales Consultation: Present and discuss various home furnishing product options based on lifestyle, needs, and goals.
• Sales Techniques: Utilize sales and upselling techniques.
• Marketing: Promote new sales, special events, and financing options.
• Customer Service: Assist customers in financing, purchasing, delivery, and achieving ultimate satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Increase personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development.

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT

• Physical Requirements: Extended periods of standing may be required.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and/or electronically.
• Problem Solving: Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
• Flexibility: Flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends.
