Pay: $23.11 hourly (base rate of $17.75 plus $5.36 per hour fringe pay)

Responsibilities

• Creates file for home detention and other clients and maintains permanent file throughout client’s time with VOA-TX.
• Performs home site and/or job site verification checks, as required full-time.
• Prepares weekly records of extra duty hours worked by clients and makes records available to Case Managers.
• Assists in conducting the Job Readiness class, which supports clients in obtaining and maintaining full-time, permanent employment.
• Assists with all clerical duties required by Vocational & Home Detention Departments.
• Requires regular attendance and punctuality during the scheduled shift to perform the above essential functions.
• Performs other duties and special assignments as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical experience in the human services or corrections field preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License, clear MVR, and ability to be insured.
