About the Role

Come join our team at Boulevard St Peters! We are looking for someone to:

  • Be a Keeper of the Home: Create an atmosphere in memory care that is inviting, comfortable, homelike, and tidy in all apartments and common area spaces.
  • Be a Mealtime Maven: Be present in the dining room to prepare and serve family-style dining, guiding residents to be part of their own experience by setting tables and cleaning up together afterward as a family.
  • Be a Snack Specialist: Ensure all residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times a day.
  • Be a Caring Connector: Provide extra hands in the Neighborhood to engage residents and offer meaningful experiences.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents.
  • Physically active; this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay

$18 - $21 per hour

Schedule

Part-Time: Monday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
