Home Delivery Pharmacy Technician

About the role

Assist pharmacists with distributive services and technical support.
Maintain and refill automated dispensing systems.
Manage pharmacy department inventory, order preparation, and bulk medication repackaging.
Receive and store supplies.
Communicate with patients and act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.
• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Preferences

• TX Registered Pharmacist Technician Registration is needed for this role.
• 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician Experience.
• Home Delivery experience.
