About the role
The successful candidate will lead a team of drivers, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of meals to clients in the Merrimack Valley area.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of drivers to ensure timely and accurate meal deliveries
- Manage driver schedules and routes to optimize efficiency
- Communicate with clients to address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Train and mentor new drivers
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience managing a team of drivers
- Knowledge of local traffic patterns and road conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
