Home Comfort Advisor (Must have Sales Face to Face Sales Experience)

About the role

Duron Service Co., a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional to join a thriving business that values work-life balance and cares about its employees.

Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort.
• Help homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs while improving the comfort and air quality in their homes.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for customers' homes.
• Work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Minimum of 3 years of business-to-consumer sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• No prior experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industries required.
• Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs.

Physical Requirements

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office.
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication devices.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.

The advertised pay is the average of Home Comfort Advisors' commission pay.
