About the role
At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Central Seattle, we are seeking an ambitious Home Comfort Advisor to serve as the vital link between our innovative HVAC solutions and our customers. This dynamic, sales-driven role involves traveling to customers' homes to evaluate their current HVAC systems, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Consult & Evaluate: Travel to customer homes to perform comprehensive evaluations of their current HVAC systems, listening actively to uncover their specific comfort needs.
- Present Solutions: Educate homeowners on available equipment, energy-efficient upgrades, and financing options.
- Close Sales: Provide clear, confident proposals and close sales using our proven, high-conversion systems.
- Career Growth: Fast promotion opportunities for top performers.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide 5-star customer service, following up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with the work performed.
- Document: Accurately record findings, debrief the office, and manage client data using company-provided mobile devices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals. (HVAC, construction, or home services experience is a major plus, but not required).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills; comfortable navigating both positive and challenging customer service scenarios.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to comfortably navigate mobile devices (tablets/smartphones) and learn new presentation software. Service Titan experience a HUGE plus.
- Drive: Motivated, reliable, and hungry to maximize your income.
- Physical Ability: Able to be on your feet for extended periods and comfortably navigate ladders, crawl spaces, and attics during home inspections.
