About the role
SD Sparkle is a professional residential cleaning company serving homes and vacation rentals across San Diego County. We take pride in delivering dependable, high-quality service while maintaining a respectful and supportive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning residential homes and apartments
- Performing move-in and move-out cleanings
- Completing Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers
- Sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed cleaning tasks
- Following company procedures and cleaning checklists
- Working independently or alongside a small team
Requirements
- Dependable and consistently on time
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods
- Able to work in both occupied and vacant properties
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve
- Able to follow instructions carefully
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not necessary — we’re happy to train motivated individuals
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Clear systems knowledge
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay
$20–$25 per hour depending on reliability, quality of work, and performance
Schedule
Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities available. Most shifts are scheduled on weekdays.
