Home Care Supervisor for Community Care Program of Illinois Dept on Aging

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Home Care Supervisor/Operations Manager to lead our new CCP vertical while supporting existing operations. This role offers significant growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer administrative duties including answering and transferring phone calls, providing quality customer service, maintaining filing systems, leading the establishment of CCP vertical, building relationships with CCUs and community partners, managing incoming client referrals, staffing responsibilities, recruiting, hiring, and terminating employees, conducting pre-service and in-service training, coordinating client care, communicating with vendors regarding documentation and service deviations, data entry and operations, entering and maintaining employee/client data, managing client assessments and visit reports, ensuring compliance with IDoA requirements, integrating CCP operations with existing home health services, supervisory responsibilities, creating/update client and employee folders, conducting quarterly evaluations, processing timesheets and managing payroll reports, submitting accurate payroll data, developing operational procedures for CCP services, customer service, referring clients to appropriate programs, assisting with service applications, responding to inquiries within 24 hours, resolving client/employee issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written/verbal English communication (Knowledge of Spanish or any other language a plus)
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Prior office experience
• Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (3 months)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the WellSky Personal Care platform (formerly Clear Care)
• IDOA compliance knowledge
• Home care operations experience
• CCP program management experience
• Track record in scaling healthcare operations
