Home Care Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one patient care in a home setting, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care for patients with complex medical needs such as G-tube feedings
• Provide Tracheostomy care
• Administer medication
• Assist with personal care
• Provide oxygen support

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
• Preferred: at least one year of RN experience

• Possess strong clinical skills in home healthcare
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to patient needs
