Home Care Provider

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and clients recovering from illness or injury.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when authorized.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow all company policies, client care plans, and applicable Texas regulations.
• Ensure client confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet agency hiring requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely when required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong commitment to quality care.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with seniors, dementia patients, or individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Pay

Hourly pay from $13 to $15.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist clients throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
