About the role

OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services. Our mission is to support the independence and dignity of older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing essential information and services that promote healthy, safe living.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone coverage from Home Care staff as required
  • Review and correct data through consumer record system
  • Provide accurate reports as required by the department
  • Aid staff in tracking waivers and recipient choice forms as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
