Duties
- Oversees the private duty services in the community
- Orientation and training of caregivers
- Scheduling
- Determines client needs and assigns appropriate personnel
- Performs assessments, spot checks and meet and greets
- Affixes payroll and billing
- Maintains adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of client services
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of personnel as applicable and all other federal, state, and accreditation regulations
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- CNA certification required
- Good verbal communication skills required
Pay & Schedule
- Full Time - 8am to 4pm, rotating on-call weekend schedule
- Salary: $50k - $55k
