Job Description
Your Leadership in Action
Reporting to the Director of Home Care, you will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of our multisite Home Care offices.
You’ll ensure regulatory compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP), manage budgets, set and meet key performance indicators (including STAR ratings), and foster a culture of excellence.
- Hire and supervise field clinicians and office support staff
- Direct Clinical Supervisors
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Lead quality improvement and compliance activities
Qualifications
What’s Required
- Education & Licensure: Master’s in Health Administration, Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred, Current Michigan RN license or PT/OT license, in good standing
- Experience: 8 years clinical (PT/OT or RN), including 2 years acute care and 3 years home care/hospice
- Proven management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations; CHAP standards preferred
