Home Care Manager

Annual salary of $75k - $80k plus performance bonus. Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

As a Home Care Manager for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll join an established company in a high-growth industry poised to meet the needs of today’s senior population. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations while receiving training, development, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the agency’s operations, including sales, market development, staff supervision, client relations, and financial status.
• Recruit, hire, and oversee all office personnel and healthcare staff.
• Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Assess client needs, coordinate care, resolve issues, and ensure quality care.
• Comply with all applicable home care laws and regulatory standards.
• Oversee financial operations, including budget, expenses, and accounts receivable/payable.

Requirements

• Graduate of Business, Healthcare Administration, or related program preferred.
• Training and experience in Health Services Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care preferred.
• Experience in business operations, marketing, planning, staff supervision, and P&L responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal home care regulations preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check through ORCHARDS and a drug screen.
• Must have a valid OR Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to CA for training as needed.
• Must reside within Jackson or Josephine Counties or within a 30-minute commute to the Medford office.
