Home Care LPN for Davenport FL

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care in a home care setting in Davenport, FL. Day and night shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Daily assessments of clients
• Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
• Documentation of client status, and/or changes
• Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates
• Tracheostomy care and suctioning
• Ventilator management
• Tube feeding
• Disease management
• Clinet medical appointments coordination

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience as an LPN
• Experience with ICU/PCU or quadriplegic patients preferred
• Must have ventilator and tracheostomy experience
• A clear Level 2 Background Check required
