Home Care LPN for Davenport FL

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Day and night shifts are available. This particular position is for a medically complex home care case in Davenport, FL.

Responsibilities

• Daily assessments of clients
• Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
• Documentation of client status, and/or changes
• Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates
• Tracheostomy care and suctioning
• Ventilator management
• Tube feeding
• Disease management
• Coordinate client medical appointments

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience as an LPN
• Experience with ICU/PCU or quadriplegic patients preferred
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Clear Level 2 Background Check

Pay

$30/hr

Schedule

Positions available: 1 full-time flexible or 2–3 part-time shifts
