About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our dynamic team at WelbeHealth. Your primary responsibility will be to help inspire the magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new healthcare and well-being products for seniors
• Contribute to the creation of compelling user experiences that enhance the lives of seniors and their families
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform product development
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product success
• Participate in the testing and launch phases of new products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare product development or related field
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with UX/UI design tools
• Experience working with healthcare data and analytics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Passion for improving the quality of life for seniors and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools

Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience with healthcare data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Understanding of healthcare market trends and consumer behavior
