About the role

The role involves providing home care services to elderly individuals, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to provide personal care and support
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
• Communicate regularly with healthcare providers to update treatment plans and progress
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Passing a background check
• First aid and CPR certification

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
