About the role
The role involves providing home care services to elderly individuals, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes to provide personal care and support
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Communicate regularly with healthcare providers to update treatment plans and progress
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Passing a background check
- First aid and CPR certification
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
