Key Roles
- Computer efficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Able to learn and master BrightStar's software system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to problem solve.
- Able to recruit, interview and hire for programs.
- Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits.
- Able to complete general clerical duties timely.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Driver's license
- Current Auto Insurance
- Having a 15-20 minute commute to business address is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 6 months in-home care experience
- Able to work in a team setting and/or independently
- Good organizational skills
- Good speaking skills
- Good computer and smartphone skills
- Basic Medical terminology helpful, but not required
