Home Care Coordinator

Key Roles

  • Computer efficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Able to learn and master BrightStar's software system.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to problem solve.
  • Able to recruit, interview and hire for programs.
  • Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits.
  • Able to complete general clerical duties timely.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Driver's license
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • Having a 15-20 minute commute to business address is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 6 months in-home care experience
  • Able to work in a team setting and/or independently
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good speaking skills
  • Good computer and smartphone skills
  • Basic Medical terminology helpful, but not required
