Home Care Community Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community groups, and referral sources
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational sessions to promote Eminence Home Care services
• Create and distribute outreach materials and informational content
• Collaborate with the marketing and care teams to align outreach strategies with organizational goals
• Track outreach activity and measure effectiveness to adjust plans accordingly
• Serve as a resource and advocate for community members seeking information about home care options

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in community outreach, marketing, or healthcare sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events
