Home Care CNA - FT

About the role

Givens Home First supports residents within our communities and the surrounding WNC area. As a Home Care CNA, you'll get to know your clients one-on-one, helping them live a healthy, happy, and safe life at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Aid with daily tasks such as errands, meals, and housekeeping
• Support clients with household organization and routines
• Communicate updates to the care team
• Document visits and follow care plans

Requirements

• Active North Carolina CNA Certification
• Active, unencumbered NC drivers license
• Ability to assist with mobility and lifting
• Preferred: Current CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or similar field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for serving seniors

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility
• Knowledgeable in ADLs and IADLs

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials.
