About the role
Provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors in a private duty setting, offering one-on-one companionship and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and transfers.
- Perform vital sign checks, clinical procedures, and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, pet care, and transportation for appointments and errands.
- Collaborate with community management to update resident status during shifts.
Requirements
- Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course and maintenance of certification.
- Ability to provide compassionate, individualized care and work in a flexible schedule environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
