Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to clients
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal hygiene, and mobility support
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor basic health indicators under nurse supervision
- Follow individualized care plans and document all care activities
- Report any changes in client condition promptly
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous CNA experience preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate nature
- Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans
- Reliable and detail-oriented with good documentation skills
