About the Role

Provide direct personal care to clients in their homes, delivering respectful, client-centered support with professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and basic exercises.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
• Collaborate with nurses and follow established care protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.
