Home Care Caregiver/Direct Care Worker - LIVE IN

About the role

Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Direct Care Worker to join our team. This role involves providing direct care and support to clients in their homes or healthcare facilities, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping tasks and laundry
• Provide nutrition and hydration by preparing meals and overseeing food and water intake
• Engage clients socially and in the community through activities
• Offer emotional support through respite care and companionship

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in home care or a related field
• CNA certification welcome but not required
• Valid Drivers License preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Compassionate and client-centered approach
