Homecare Caregiver

About the role

Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
• Help residents prepare meals and maintain a clean living environment.
• Monitor and manage medications according to prescribed schedules.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and other necessary locations.
• Engage in social activities and provide companionship as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Pay

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
