Home Care Business Development Representative
About the role
This is a field-based role focused on developing high-value referral relationships throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources in Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
- Proactively generate new leads and convert opportunities into new client relationships.
- Congduct consistent outreach through cold calling, in-person visits, professional networking, and follow-up communication.
- Represent River Oaks Homecare at community events, networking opportunities, and professional gatherings to increase brand awareness.
- Effectively manage your own daily schedule, outreach strategy, and field activity with accountability and consistency.
- Comfortable submitting daily and weekly performance reports to track outreach, referrals, follow-ups, and results.
Qualifications
- Sales, marketing, business development, or related experience preferred.
- A degree in a relevant field will also be considered.
- Healthcare or home care experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Must be available for full-time work.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus a rewarding commission and bonus structure. Additional performance-based incentives are available.
