Key Responsibilities

  • Assists students with processes related to enrollment, registration, placement testing, and Holistic Student Support/advisement;
  • Triages student issues as related to enrollment, registration, placement testing and holistic student support/advisement;
  • Makes effective referrals for support services or other areas of the college;
  • Aids areas of Holistic Student Support during peak periods of activity or staffing issue;
  • Aids with the enrollment process delivery and sustainability for Holistic Student Support;
  • Generates reports as requested;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, computer);
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with diverse student population;
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment;

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm. Weekly hours may vary based on departmental needs.
