Holistic Head Spa Specialist - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Perform customized head spa treatments including scalp massage, cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration as scheduled by the Wellness department
• Assess clients’ scalp and hair conditions to recommend appropriate services and products
• Assist clients in understanding the services provided by Holistic Health
• Help with the cleaning of the Holistic Health Center
• Help with the payments of Holistic Health Services
• Order all head spa supplies and products for Holistic Health
• Clean and organize rooms between clients; including sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
• Maintain a serene and hygienic treatment environment
• Provide Front Desk Support as needed
• Educate clients on scalp care routines and product usage as well as answer client questions
• Accurately collect and document money transactions
• Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and processes
• Cookise with the Holistic Health Manager to ensure that all Wellness tasks are being completed

Qualifications

• A licensed Cosmetologist in the state of Iowa
• Dual-licensed LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist)/Esthetician
