About the Role

Join our team as a Night Auditor and be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly during the overnight shift. You’ll ensure every guest experience is seamless and satisfying while handling key operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM), handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries.
• Perform the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and provide a reassuring presence for guests.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to update management on overnight operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service, even during late hours.
• Utilize technical skills in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is beneficial.
• 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
