Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent

• Posting, compiling & verifying the correctness of all of the hotel’s accounts on a daily / nightly basis;
• Providing superior customer service to all guests;
• Making reservations;
• Posting room & tax accurately;
• Preparing Daily Sales and Revenue Reports;
• Performing all activities of a Front Desk Clerk and completing night audit checklist;
• Completing postings, assembling audit, and closing out day on register.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields;
• Ability to build rapport with guests;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
