Holecut Saw Operator (3rd Shift)

What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be responsible for precision work that directly impacts the quality of our finished product. Your day-to-day may include: Production & Equipment Operation Operating pneumatic drills with hole saw attachments to prepare spa shellsSanding and finishing drilled areas to ensure proper thickness and qualityPerforming minor repairs on fiberglass and acrylic components Quality & Accuracy Inspecting your work to ensure proper hole placement and adherence to specificationsReading and following work orders, instructions, and technical drawingsMaintaining strong attention to detail to prevent defects Safety & Work Environment Using tools and equipment safely in a production environmentWearing required PPE, including respirators and protective suitsFollowing all safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace Teamwork & Flexibility Collaborating with team members across departmentsSupporting production needs through cross-training and additional tasks What We’re Looking For We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. Required High school diploma or equivalentStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team Preferred (but Not Required) Experience with pneumatic toolsFamiliarity with fiberglass or similar materialsExperience using respirators or working in a manufacturing setting Physical & Work Environment This is an active, hands-on role in a production setting.
