Hole Cut Saw Operator

What You’ll Do

• Production & Equipment Operation
• Operating pneumatic drills with hole saw attachments to prepare spa shells
• Sanding and finishing drilled areas to ensure proper thickness and quality
• Performing minor repairs on fiberglass and acrylic components
• Quality & Accuracy
• Inspecting your work to ensure proper hole placement and adherence to specifications
• Reading and following work orders, instructions, and technical drawings
• Maintaining strong attention to detail to prevent defects
• Safety & Work Environment
• Using tools and equipment safely in a production environment
• Wearing required PPE, including respirators and protective suits
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
• Teamwork & Flexibility
• Collaborating with team members across departments
• Supporting production needs through cross-training and additional tasks

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• (Preferred but not required) Experience with pneumatic tools
• Familiarity with fiberglass or similar materials
• Experience using respirators or working in a manufacturing setting

Physical & Work Environment

• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
• Working in non-temperature-controlled environments
• Working with materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related chemicals
• Wearing required protective equipment, including respirators

About the Role

At Master Spas, we don’t just manufacture hot tubs and swim spas—we create products that help people live better, healthier lives. As a Holecut Saw Operator, you play a critical role in that process by preparing spa shells for key components like jets, lighting, and control systems.

$18.50 per hour to start

Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:00pm, possible overtime as assigned.
