Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties
- Ensuring optimal property performance and resident satisfaction
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Attending and participating in Board meetings
- Providing operational updates and recommendations
- Serving as the primary liaison between residents, Boards of Directors, Owners, vendors, and service providers
- Cooking up maintenance activities, capital improvement projects, and vendor services
- Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
- Preparing, monitoring, and administering property operating budgets
- Ensuring compliance with community governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations
- Responding to and resolving resident, owner, and Board inquiries
- Maintaining accurate property records, reports, and operational documentation
- Collaborating with internal departments
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing residential communities, including HOAs, Cooperative Communities, and Condominium Associations
- Proven experience overseeing multiple residential properties simultaneously
- Strong understanding of property management operations, budgeting, vendor management, and resident relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between properties
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 - $85,000/year

Territory
- The majority of the assigned portfolio is located within Queens and Nassau County
- Responsibility for approximately six residential communities throughout the Long Island market
