Histotechnologist or Histotechnician (Overnight)

About the role
- Section paraffin and frozen tissue specimens as requested.
- Perform basic histology techniques (e.g., embed, microtomy, process tissue).
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
- Maintain vital quality control and assurance records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field with knowledge of Biology and Chemistry.
- NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Technician, or Certified Histology Technician license preferred; eligibility to obtain NYS license required.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM (100% onsite).
Pay
$46.26 - $74.00 per hour, with a 10% differential for overnight shifts. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
