We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: Location Detail: 80 Seymour Street (10008) Work where every moment matters. Every day, over 30,000 Hartford HealthCare colleagues come to work with one thing in common: Pride in what we do, knowing every moment matters here. We invite you to become part of Connecticut’s most comprehensive healthcare network. Hartford Hospital is one of the largest and most respected teaching hospitals in New England. We are a Level 1 Trauma Center that provides cutting edge treatment to its patients. This is made possible by being home to the largest robotic surgery center in the Northeast and the Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation (CESI), one of the most-advanced medical simulation training centers in the world. When hospitals cannot provide the advanced care, expertise and new treatment options their patients require, they turn to us. Job Description Prepares and processes tissue samples for routine and complex histologic techniques to be examined under a microscope by a pathologist. The histologic techniques include the following: fixation, processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining (H&E and Special Stains) of human tissue for evaluation. This includes complex histologic techniques such as enzyme histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, in-situ hybridization, cryotomy, immunofluorescence, and tissue microarray. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalency AND successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Histotechnician program. Unless currently working as a Histotechnician in an approved clinical laboratory or HT certified (ASCP or equivalent), the education received from a NAACLS accredited HT program is acceptable for a period of five years from the date of completion of that program. OR 60 semester hours of academic credit from an accredited college/university, with a combination of 12 semester hours in biology and chemistry (must include credit hours in both), OR an associate degree from an accredited college/university, with a combination of 12 semester hours in biology and chemistry (must include credit hours in both), which may be obtained within, or in addition to, the associate degree AND one year of full time acceptable clinical experienceAt least 1 year of clinical histology experienceHT Certification [ASCP equivalent]Effective communication of English languageProficiency in HHC Computer systems i.e. EPIC, SunQuest, CoPath preferred but not requiredAbility to provide excellent customer service skills and exhibit a professional attitude. We take great care of careers. With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth. Here, you are part of an organization on the cutting edge – helping to bring new technologies, breakthrough treatments and community education to countless men, women and children. We know that a thriving organization starts with thriving employees-- we provide a competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance. Every moment matters. And this is your moment. We need to remove boilerplate: location detail maybe not needed? It's location detail but not a heading. Could be included as a short paragraph. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location detail can be a short paragraph. We need sections: About the role? Possibly the first paragraph about Hartford Hospital etc could be "About the role" or "About the organization". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role / organization: description of Hartford Hospital, Level 1 Trauma Center, robotic surgery, CESI, etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: Job Description paragraph describing preparing and processing tissue samples, list of techniques. That's responsibilities. - Qualifications: The qualifications paragraph with multiple options. - Skills: maybe the list of skills: Effective communication, proficiency in HHC computer systems, customer service, professional attitude. Could be under Skills. - Benefits: mention "competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance". That's benefits. - Pay: not mentioned. So omit Pay. - Schedule: not mentioned. Omit. We also have "We take great care of careers..." that's more about career development; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Career Development". But not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits? Probably include in About the role. We must not create sections with filler text like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities list of techniques, we should make a list. For Qualifications maybe list? It's a paragraph with OR conditions; could be a list but not required. For Skills list we can make a list. For Benefits list maybe just one item. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract details. Location: "80 Seymour Street (10008)". Could be a short paragraph. About the role/organization: "Work where every moment matters. When hospitals cannot provide the advanced care, expertise and new treatment options their patients require, they turn to us." Also later: "We take great care of careers. And this is your moment." We could combine the career development and benefits into About the role or Benefits. Benefits section already has competitive benefits program. Career development could be part of About the role. Responsibilities: "Prepares and processes tissue samples for routine and complex histologic techniques to be examined under a microscope by a pathologist. The histologic techniques include the following: fixation, processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining (H&E and Special Stains) of human tissue for evaluation. This includes complex histologic techniques such as enzyme histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, in-situ hybridization, cryotomy, immunofluorescence, and tissue microarray." We need to make a list: fixation, processing, embedding, microtomy, staining (H&E and Special Stains) of human tissue for evaluation. Also complex histologic techniques: enzyme histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, in-situ hybridization, cryotomy, immunofluorescence, tissue microarray. We could combine into one list of duties? Probably list of techniques. Qualifications: The paragraph is long. Let's extract: "High School diploma or equivalency AND successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Histotechnician program. Unless currently working as a Histotechnician in an approved clinical laboratory or HT certified (ASCP or equivalent), the education received from a NAACLS accredited HT program is acceptable for a period of five years from the date of completion of that program. There's some run-on text missing spaces. We need to preserve as is but we can format nicely. We need to separate qualifications from skills maybe. The qualifications include education/experience/certification. Then skills include communication, computer systems, customer service, professional attitude. Thus we can have Qualifications section with list of education/experience/certification requirements. Skills section with list of communication, computer systems, customer service, professional attitude. Benefits: "competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance". Could be a list with one item. Now produce HTML. We need to use

    for section headings. We'll have:

    Location: 80 Seymour Street (10008)

    maybe. Then

    About the role

    with paragraphs. Then

    Responsibilities

    with
    • ... maybe combine. Then

      Qualifications

      with
      • ... each bullet. Then

        Skills

        with
        • ... Then

          Benefits

          with
          • ... We must not include empty sections. Check that we don't repeat job title. Now craft content precisely. About the role paragraph(s): combine the two paragraphs about Hartford Hospital and career development/benefits? Benefits separate. So About the role could include the description of Hartford Hospital, Level 1 Trauma, robotic surgery, CESI, mission, and also career development/growth, cutting edge, bringing new technologies, breakthrough treatments, community education. That seems fine. We'll produce:

Responsibilities: list. We need to capture the duty: Prepares and processes tissue samples for routine and complex histologic techniques to be examined under a microscope by a pathologist. Then list of techniques. We could have a

            for the duty sentence, then

              for techniques. But instruction: Use
              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So the list of techniques is a list; the duty sentence could be a

                . Thus:

Prepares and processes tissue samples for routine and complex histologic techniques to be examined under a microscope by a pathologist.
