Position Summary

The Hiring Specialist partners closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent across the organization. This role manages full-cycle recruitment for both W-2 employees and independent contractors, ensuring every candidate is thoroughly assessed and aligned with the company's culture, values, and business needs. The Hiring Specialist plays a key role in building a high-performing workforce while delivering a professional and positive candidate experience.

How The Hiring Specialist Adds Value

As a Hiring Specialist, you will play a critical role within the Human Resources team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that supports the organization's continued growth. You will collaborate with Training Managers and Operational leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle, leverage recruiting best practices, and ensure candidates experience an efficient, engaging, and compliant hiring process. Your work directly contributes to building a talented workforce while maintaining consistency with company policies and employment best practices.

Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process

Candidate Coordination

Requirements

  • BambooHR or a comparable HRIS experience preferred
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS platforms, and Google Workspace
  • Two or more years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay

$50,000+ annual salary commensurate with experience
