About the Role

We’re looking for someone who loves kids, is super energetic, and wants to make a positive impact on families in their community. This person will help deliver on the promise of Serious Fun with serious health and safety in mind in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience, treating members like family.
• Maintain a clean and disinfected gym and lobby area at all times.
• Host parties and events, engaging with kids while their parents enjoy some adult time.

Qualifications

• Open to being a goofball and celebrating kids’ successes (background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is a plus).
• Passionate about serving others and making them feel good.
• Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
• Known for maintaining a positive attitude and good mood.
• Balances fun with a strong work ethic.
