HIRING LEADERS OF SERIOUS FUN
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who loves kids, is super energetic, and wants to make a positive impact on families in their community. This person will help deliver on the promise of Serious Fun with serious health and safety in mind in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience—we treat our members like family.
- Maintain a clean and disinfected gym and lobby area at all times.
- Host parties (typically 6–10 PM) and engage with kids while parents enjoy some adult time.
Qualifications
- Open to being a goofball and celebrating kids’ success (background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is a plus).
- Passionate about serving others and making people feel good.
- Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
- Known for maintaining a positive attitude and balancing fun with professionalism.
