Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department
- Open/close locations ensuring cleanliness in guest facing areas as well as backstage areas
- Promote teamwork and create a positive & safe work environment for all
- Maintain team member schedules in UKG
- Ensure all program elements are safe, properly operating, & clean
- Provide excellent customer service for our guests
- Support our teams daily to produce superior guest entertainment experiences
- Resolve guest and team member concerns following proper protocols and procedures
- Communicate with various teams within the Entertainment department efficiently & respectfully
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with other park departments and partners
- Care for logistics for special events & activations in park as assigned
- Accurately complete necessary daily paperwork including reports, files, and venue checklists
- Follow and enforce all park & department policies and procedures
- Monitor and report supply inventory levels to upper management to ensure adequate supplies to complete job tasks

- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
