Entertainment Leadership

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department
• Open/close locations ensuring cleanliness in guest facing areas as well as backstage areas
• Promote teamwork and create a positive & safe work environment for all
• Maintain team member schedules in UKG
• Ensure all program elements are safe, properly operating, & clean
• Provide excellent customer service for our guests
• Support our teams daily to produce superior guest entertainment experiences
• Resolve guest and team member concerns following proper protocols and procedures
• Communicate with various teams within the Entertainment department efficiently & respectfully
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other park departments and partners
• Care for logistics for special events & activations in park as assigned
• Accurately complete necessary daily paperwork including reports, files, and venue checklists
• Follow and enforce all park & department policies and procedures
• Monitor and report supply inventory levels to upper management to ensure adequate supplies to complete job tasks

• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
