Key Responsibilities
- Recover and rebaseline a complex migration programme
- Drive MVP scope, backlog, dependencies, risks and delivery
- Lead 20+ person US/India delivery teams
- Manage client governance, acceptance and change control
- Provide technical leadership across D365 CE, Power Platform, integrations and data migration
- Restore predictable delivery and client confidence
Must Have
- Strong D365 CE / Power Platform project/programme leadership
- Experience recovering delayed software implementations/migrations
- US + India offshore team leadership
- Strong client-facing and consulting/professional services experience
- Technical understanding of Dataverse, integrations, data migration and releases
- Able to work early Pacific Time hours (~7 AM PT)
PREFERRED
- Pega-to-D365 migration
- Appian/IBM BPM/ServiceNow
- Azure DevOps
- Public-sector experience
- WCAG/Section 508
