Responsibilities
- Manage execution of complex projects from initiation to closure
- Lead cross-functional activities for timely and quality deliverables
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and action items
- Drive issue resolution and escalate concerns as needed
- Support project onboarding, testing, implementation, and closeout
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
- Cookordination project activities across various teams and facilitate process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
- 5-8+ years of project management experience with technology and business initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira or Smartsheet
- Strong skills in project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools in project management is preferred
