IT Project Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of complex projects from initiation to closure
• Lead cross-functional activities for timely and quality deliverables
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and action items
• Drive issue resolution and escalate concerns as needed
• Support project onboarding, testing, implementation, and closeout
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
• Cookordination project activities across various teams and facilitate process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
• 5-8+ years of project management experience with technology and business initiatives
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira or Smartsheet
• Strong skills in project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools in project management is preferred
