HIRING: Homecare Staffing Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cook up caregiver schedules to ensure smooth service
• Serve as the communication link between families and caregivers
• Keep team members informed and supported
• Aid in recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
• Offer occasional support to nearby Comfort Keepers offices

Requirements – Please Read Carefully

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Live within 10–20 miles of the Scranton office
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred, but we're happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn
