Project Description Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Adoption Specialist Overview We are seeking a hands-on AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot professional who is passionate about helping employees unlock the full potential of generative AI in their daily work. This is an individual contributor role focused on practical application, user enablement, prompt engineering, and business use case development rather than executive-level stakeholder management or large-scale transformation leadership. The ideal candidate has deep experience working directly with AI tools, developing and testing prompts, coaching users, and translating business challenges into effective Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions. This person will work closely with end users, managers, and business teams to drive adoption, improve productivity, and identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organization. Duties/Day To Day Overview Assist in maintaining prompt libraries and best practices.Coach users and leaders on effective Copilot usage.Lead workshops, office hours, and one-on-one enablement sessions.Identify and document high-value business use cases.Develop quick-reference guides, demos, and training materials. Top Requirements (Must haves) Experience with Microsoft 365 CopilotStrong prompt-writing and business process knowledge.Deep AI prompt analysis/testing/coaching experienceTraining, enablement, or coaching experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Copilot Enablement & Adoption Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI capabilities.Coach employees and business leaders on how to effectively leverage Copilot within their daily workflows.Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, team workshops, office hours, and hands-on training programs.Drive user adoption through practical demonstrations, success stories, and productivity-focused use cases.Provide ongoing guidance on AI best practices, governance, and responsible usage. Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization Design, develop, test, and refine AI prompts to improve output quality and user outcomes.Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, repeatable workflows, and reusable AI assets.Analyze prompt effectiveness and continuously optimize prompts based on user feedback and business outcomes.Partner with business teams to tailor prompts to specific departmental and functional needs. Use Case Discovery & Business Process Improvement Engage with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.Evaluate existing business processes and recommend AI-driven productivity improvements.Document, prioritize, and promote successful use cases that can be scaled across teams.Measure and communicate business impact resulting from AI-enabled workflows. Training & Knowledge Management Create engaging training materials, quick-reference guides, job aids, demos, and instructional content.Develop practical learning experiences that help users move from basic awareness to advanced Copilot usage.Support ongoing change management and user readiness activities related to AI adoption.Share best practices and emerging capabilities to help teams stay current with Microsoft's evolving AI ecosystem. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI technologies.Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, testing, and AI workflow development.Strong understanding of business processes and how AI can enhance productivity and efficiency.Experience delivering user training, enablement programs, workshops, office hours, or coaching initiatives.Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance for business users.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption initiatives.Experience creating learning programs, instructional content, or digital adoption materials.Familiarity with change management, user adoption strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.
