Hiring for Part-Time RBTs & BTs - Clinic & In-Home Positions

Compleat KiDZ is a fast-growing network of pediatric therapy clinics serving children and families through collaborative, high-quality care. We're looking for compassionate, reliable team members who enjoy working with kids and value variety in their workday.

We're hiring BTs & RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Requirements

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30-days
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance

Pay

• Bonus for successfully completing required training before start date
