Hiring for Front End, Kitchen Prep and Grill

About the role

Imagine working in a fun, friendly, and fast-paced food business without late-night hours. At Froggy’s Sandwiches, we close at 4pm every day so our team can enjoy their evenings—whether that’s attending kids’ activities or taking your partner out to dinner. We’re looking for both full-time and part-time team members to work across various stations, including Front End, Kitchen Prep, and Grill.

We’ll provide the training you need to feel confident in any role, and we take pride in our exceptional customer service. Every team member plays a part in creating the friendly atmosphere our customers love.

Pay

Hourly rate: $18–$19 per hour (includes $16–$17 base pay plus tips).

Responsibilities

• Work at any station: Front End, Kitchen Prep, or Grill
• Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Requirements

• Must be reliable and punctual

Professional Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English
• Must complete our sexual harassment training (paid)
• Must be friendly
• 1 year of food service experience
