Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products or services and answer customer queries.
• Persuade prospects to purchase by providing compelling information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and campaign execution.
