Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Promote company products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and client meetings (Sales Executive role).
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers (Call Agent role).
• Achieve sales and performance targets.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
